BECOMING HER GROUP THERAPY
Join us this summer for a supportive and empowering space designed just for girls. Summer groups focus on building confidence, healthy friendships, emotional wellness, self-expression, coping skills, and personal growth in a fun and engaging environment. Participants will connect with peers, explore important life topics, and develop tools to navigate everyday challenges while feeling encouraged and supported.
Spots are limited, and registration is required. We look forward to growing, learning, and thriving together this summer.
All groups take place via zoom through a HIPPA compliant platform.

Meet Kayla Mobley
Associate Licensed Counselor
Under the Supervision of Shenika Brewer MS, LPC-S, NCC
The group sessions will be led by Kayla Mobley, MS, ALC, a compassionate and engaging therapist with a passion for helping adolescents and young adults feel confident, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. Kayla is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment where participants can openly express themselves, build meaningful connections, and grow emotionally in a safe space.
With experience supporting adolescents and young adults through challenges related to self-esteem, stress, emotional regulation, relationships, and life transitions, Kayla brings both professionalism and relatability to each session. Her approach blends encouragement, practical coping skills, interactive activities, and genuine connection to help each girl feel seen, heard, and valued throughout the summer experience.
Through laughter, conversation, creativity, and support, Kayla is excited to help girls build confidence, strengthen friendships, and develop healthy tools they can carry with them long after the group ends.

These groups are designed for psychoeducational and therapeutic support purposes and are not intended to provide emergency or crisis services. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the participant’s mental health history, behavioral concerns, medical conditions, medications, emergency contacts, and insurance information, if applicable. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact participation eligibility.
BLISS Counseling & Consulting reserves the right to deny, discontinue, or remove participation if the group is determined not to be clinically appropriate for the participant, if safety concerns arise, or if group guidelines and expectations are not followed.
