BLISS COUNSELING & CONSULTING
Balancing Life in A Safe Space
WELCOMING IN PERSON & VIRTUAL CLIENTS

Have you ever felt like you're doing your best to keep everything together, but deep down, you're exhausted? Maybe you're the person everyone depends on, but you don't always have someone to lean on. Or maybe you're at a point in life where things just aren't going the way you imagined, and you're trying to figure out what's next.

I work with women and young adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, stress, grief, life changes, and the everyday pressure of trying to keep up with everything. Maybe your mind never seems to slow down, you're struggling to manage your emotions, or you're tired of feeling like nobody really understands what you're going through. And sometimes, it's not even about one specific problem. You just know that something feels off, and you're ready for things to be different.

My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you feel more confident, understand yourself better, and develop the tools to handle whatever life throws your way.

You spend so much time trying to manage everything else. Maybe it's time to make some room for yourself, too.

Professional Background & Experience
Lakedra Rodgers is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychology from the University of West Alabama. She brings several years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of clinical settings.

Her professional background has allowed her to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping her develop a flexible, individualized approach to counseling. She recognizes that no two people experience life's challenges the same way and believes effective therapy begins with understanding each person's unique experiences, values, and perspectives.

Lakedra's counseling style is personable, collaborative, and practical. She strives to make therapy feel less intimidating by creating an environment where clients can communicate openly, gain new perspectives, and develop skills they can apply outside of sessions.
She is particularly passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self. Her goal is to help clients make meaningful changes that support their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
