ADOLESCENTS - TEENS - YOUNG ADULTS

Kayla doesn’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” therapy. She works side by side with adolescents, teens, and young adults to sort through the messy, complicated parts of life; whether it’s ADHD, self-harm, grief, or feeling lost in transition.

Her sessions are a mix of honest conversation, practical tools, and steady support that helps clients see possibilities where they once only saw roadblocks.

Every session is built on trust. What’s said in the room stays in the room, giving clients the freedom to open up and do the real work of healing.

Meet Kayla

" I’m glad you’ve found your way here. Choosing a therapist is a big step, and I don’t take that lightly.  I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama and am committed to providing a supportive and collaborative space for your growth and healing. I focus on creating real conversations that lead to real change.

Together, we can explore your story, identify tools to help you cope with life’s challenges, and build a path forward that feels meaningful and empowering to you. Whether you are seeking insight, growth, or simply someone to stand with you during tough seasons, I am here to support you with empathy, respect, and understanding.

Beyond my work as a therapist, I recharge by walking, reading, watching new films, and sharing time with family. These experiences remind me of the value of balance and connection; perspectives I carry with me into my work with clients.

I’m here to support you as you create meaningful change and step into a healthier, more balanced version of yourself."
