Whitney provides therapy to adults and adolescents ranging from ages 10-60. She has over a decade of experience treating grief and loss, stress management, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
Mrs. Shelton finds deep fulfillment in working with individuals from all walks of life, bringing compassion, insight, and a genuine excitement for helping others into every session. She draws on her background in training and consulting for behavior management to support clients in building confidence and self-awareness. Her therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
