Cancellation Policy

Once your services is purchased online, Shenika will reach out to you directly via email within 48 hours to schedule a time to meet using the information provided. If you do not see a date and time available that fits your schedule, just reach out via email to request something different (brewer@balancelifecounseling.com). Services are NONREFUNDABLE but reschedules can be made depending on the circumstances. For any needed changes once a date and time are agreed upon, contact Shenika directly.
