Christa uses a blend of evidence-based therapies to help her clients achieve meaningful progress.  She is experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Cognitive Processing and Reality Therapy.
